Private Practice Digital Use License: Single Product

1. This Licence allows you to:
   
   The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product within their private practice or clinical setting. This licence permits the Licensee to:
   
   1.1. Print and use the Product with up to 80 clients.
   
   1.2. Send the Product digitally to clients directly via email or through a digital classroom.
   
   1.3. Include the Product as part of their class, retreat, support group, or therapy practice. If the Licensee works with more than 80 clients, an additional licence must be purchased.
   
   2. This Licence does not allow you to:
   
   2.1. The Product may NOT be shared in any public online space, including social media platforms, Facebook groups, Discord servers, or message boards.
   
   2.2. The Product may NOT be sold, sublicensed, or redistributed in any form, either as a digital file or printed material.
   
   2.3. The Licensee may NOT grant clients permission to share the Product with others.
   
   2.4. Each licence is valid for one product only. Separate licences must be purchased for each additional product.
   
   2.5. The Product may NOT be altered, edited, or modified without prior written consent from the Licensor.
   
   4. How It Works
   
   4.1. Purchase the Product from our website.
   
   4.2. Purchase this license for the Product.
   
   4.3. Use the Product with up to 80 clients as outlined in this Agreement.
   
   4.4. For more than 80 clients, an additional licence must be purchased.
   
   5. Ownership
   
   The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Product, including but not limited to copyright and intellectual property rights.
   
   This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Product to the Licensee.
   
   6. Termination
   
   This licence is effective upon purchase and will remain in effect unless terminated. 
   
   6.1. The Licensor may terminate this licence if the Licensee breaches any of the terms of this Agreement.
   
   6.2. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in their possession.
   
   7. Liability
   
   The Licensor provides the Product "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to its suitability for any purpose. The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product.
   
   8. General Terms
   
   8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Product and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
   
   8.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
   
   Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
