Designs in the Family Friendly box can be enjoyed by the whole family, and kids love them!

Please keep pins, and other small items away from younger children, due to small parts, and sharp, function points.

We open the club up to new members on our waitlist on the first Monday of each month, at 5pm (UK time).

Non-members can join the waitlist here.

If you are already a club member, you don't need to join the waitlist, you are automatically guaranteed a box every month, until you choose to pause, or cancel your subscription.

We ship out boxes during the first full week of every month.

Check out our Instagram, or Facebook Group for a shipping update each month.

I'll also send you an email as soon as your box is on the way.

Yes, you absolutely can!

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

You will see your subscription, with a button at the top which says "Manage Subscription".

Press the button, then on "See more details" on your subscription.

Press "Edit" then change the variant in the drop down menu to "Add an additional After Dark sweary enamel pin to my box".

Hurrah, your box will be upgraded from your next renewal!

If you have a quarterly or annual subscription, and would like the remainder of your boxes in your current cycle to upgrade too, please pop an email to help@sugarandsloth.co.uk and we can help :)

Yes, you absolutely can!

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

You will see your subscription, with a button at the top which says "Manage Subscription".

Press the button, then on "See more details" on your subscription.

Press "Edit" then change the variant in the drop down menu to "Family Friendly box".

Your box will no longer contain an additional, sweary pin, from your next renewal!

If you have a quarterly or annual subscription, and would like the remainder of your boxes in your current cycle to be Family Friendly too, please pop an email to help@sugarandsloth.co.uk and we can help :)

To change your address, log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

You will see your subscription, with a button at the top which says "Manage Subscription".

Press the button, then on "See more details" on your subscription.

Scroll down to "Product Shipping info" click "Edit" and yay, you can change your address!

You can pause your subscription at any time.

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

Click on the pink "Manage Subscription Button" and select "See More Details".

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Pause".

That's it, your subscription will be on pause, you won't be charged and you won't recieve anymore boxes.

To unpause your subscription, go back to the same page, and click "Resume Subscription".

When your subscription is paused, I'll pop you a reminder email to let you know what the next box theme is.

Then you can decide if you'd like to unpause your subscription, and get the next box.

If your subscription is paused, you can resume it at any time.

Click on the pink "Manage Subscription Button" and select "See More Details".

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Resume".

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
