Choosing a size
Size 1
Fits most adult wrists. This band is 17cm in circumference.

Size 2
For large wrists, or a baggy fit. This band is 20cm in circumference.

How to choose a size
Sizing, if in doubt, cut a stripe of paper at the two lengths, and hold it around your wrist, which fits better? Remember these band stretch so getting them on and off won't be a problem.
