I love this so much! It gives me the opportunity to write some positive thoughts to start each week with that I can then go back and read on bad days or when things are not going well. It is well laid out, bright and friendly and most importantly not overwhelming. I can choose a different word each week and a quote that I can refer back to that will keep me going, along with a couple of aims to work towards or that I need to get done that week and a reminder of things I am grateful for. Much recommended!
A6 fairy frog vision board
I bought this notepad as I have chronic fatigue and other issues and I both forget to do stuff and don’t have the energy if I remember.
I just wanted a gentle nudge to do a few things a week without an overwhelming list or plan or up-and-at-em plan of attack as I’m also demand avoidant and that sh&t don’t work on me.
I’ve now washed my face every day for 2 weeks and got some admin stuff done. I make sure one goal a week is something self-care and something is nurturing like learning a new embroidery stitch then the third is something that just needs doing.
Then I stick it in my diary next to a chonky cheerleader motivational card and I feel like I’m actually trying at life.
I love frogs 🐸 and seeing things set out visually really helps me to work through things so this is altogether just perfect. Quality product, beautiful paper and also fits in my bag which is really important so I can take this anywhere.
