Banish negative thoughts notepad

I love this notepad. This really helps me to make sense of my thoughts. It is so cute and has stopped me from overthinking. It's helped me to become more calm and made such a difference to my mental health. I am able to reframe my thoughts and I am no longer exhausted from my brain overthinking. A very helpful tool.

I love this! I have used it almost daily since I got it.
It's cute, colourful, and really helps me to re-frame my negative thoughts. I find colouring in the boxes to be a needed distraction too ☺️.
