Every Tiny Hug Club box contains small parts, and sharp functional points.

Please never leave children unsupervised with these boxes, or their contents.

Our standard, safe for work box is swear word free, and designs can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Please keep pins, and other small items away from children, due to small parts, and sharp, functional points.

We have three different payment plans, each with boxes delivered monthly.

Our Yearly Subscription Box Plan

A rolling yearly plan - £168 for 12 boxes, shipped monthly (£14 a box).

Shipping

We love shipping our boxes to:

  • The UK (Shipping is FREE)
  • The USA (Shipping is $7.00)
  • Northern Ireland (Shipping is FREE)
  • Canada (Shipping is $10.00 CAD)
  • Australia (Shipping is $11.00 AUD)
  • New Zealand (Shipping is 12.00 NZD)
  • All non-EU European countries (Shipping is £5.00)
  • Japan (Shipping is ¥1,000 JPY)

Please Note:If you add other products to your order, your shipping costs may increase. We keep shipping costs extra low for our subscription box.

If you're in the UK, shipping is completely free for your boxes, which are sent second class with Royal Mail.

For all our overseas besties, shipping of your Tiny Hug Club boxes is £5 per box, which will be billed in the same transaction as your box payment each month, quarter or year, depending which plan you choose :)

There are no tariffs to pay on any Tiny Hug Club subscription box, or Sugar & Sloth shop order, unless the order is over $800 US dollars.

Should any bestie place an order of over $800 US dollars, we will contact you before shipping to check you would like to go ahead.

We open the club up to new members on our waitlist once a month.

Non-members can join the waitlist here.

If you are already a club member, you don't need to join the waitlist, you are automatically guaranteed a box every month, until you choose to pause, or cancel your subscription.

Psst, if you choose the one-off box option when you ordered, you won't be subscribed for automatic renewal, and will need to re-join the waitlist for any future boxes you'd like, or to sign up for a monthly subscription.

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

You will see your subscription, with a button at the top which says "Manage Subscription".

Press the button, then on "See more details" on your subscription.

Press "Edit" then change the variant in the drop down menu to "Add an additional, sweary or adult themed enamel pin to my box".

Hurrah, your box will be upgraded from your next renewal!

If you have a quarterly or annual subscription, and would like the remainder of your boxes in your current cycle to upgrade too, please pop an email to help@sugarandsloth.co.uk and we can help :)

We ship out boxes during the first full week of every month.

To change your address, log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

You will see your subscription, with a button at the top which says "Manage Subscription".

Press the button, then on "See more details" on your subscription.

Scroll down to "Product Shipping info" click "Edit" and yay, you can change your address!

You can pause your subscription at any time.

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

Click on the pink "Manage Subscription Button" and select "See More Details".

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Pause".

That's it, your subscription will be on pause, you won't be charged and you won't recieve anymore boxes.

To unpause your subscription, go back to the same page, and click "Resume Subscription".

When your subscription is paused, I'll pop you a reminder email to let you know what the next box theme is.

Then you can decide if you'd like to unpause your subscription, and get the next box.

If your subscription is paused, you can resume it at any time.

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

Click on the pink "Manage Subscription Button" and select "See More Details".

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Resume".

Oh no, I'm so sorry if you're waiting for your box and it hasn't arrived yet!

We ship your boxes in the first 9 days of each month, and you'll receive an email when yours is on the way, hurrah!

UK club members

UK boxes usually arrive within 2-4 working days, but Royal Mail asks us to give 3 weeks before we class your box as lost, to cover any delays.

If your box hasn't arrived 3 weeks after we posted your box, please pop an email to help@sugarandsloth.co.uk.

Overseas club members

International boxes usually arrive in 2-3 weeks, but if there are any local or customs delays, they can occasionally take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Please pop an email to help@sugarandsloth.co.uk if your box hasn't arrived 6 weeks after we posted it.

Thank you so much for joining in with our Tiny Hug Club subscription member's monthly colouring competition!

Each month, subscription box members will receive a colouring page in their box (it's on the back of the calendar page!)

There will also be a downloadable version available in the Tiny Hug Club member's area, for box and digital subscribers.

To enter, just colour your picture, and post it to your socials, tagging @sugarandsloth so we can see!

For a bonus entry, please post your beautiful colouring in our Besties Facebook group, or the Tiny Hug Club members Facebook group.

We'll pick a winner from our socials, AND another winner from the Facebook groups, after the 15th of the month AFTER this month's theme.

For example, your April box colouring competition would end on 15th of May, with the winners being announced soon afterwards :)

You can cancel your monthly subscription box at any time by logging into your account, as long as it’s at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Here's how to cancel your subscription.

Log into your account here, then select "My Account" from the menu.

You will see your subscription, with a button at the top which says "Manage Subscription".

Press the button, then on "See more details" on your subscription.

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

If you prefer to cancel by email, please send your request to help@sugarandsloth.co.uk at least 2 working days before your renewal date. This gives us enough time to process your request and ensure you’re not charged for the next box.

Please note: If your email is sent less than 2 working days before your renewal, we may not be able to cancel your subscription in time, and your next box may still be processed.
