The last few days i have been using these pads I've seen a change in my thinking, I use the Worry pad in the morning for my coming day and the things I know i'll stress and worry about, i love all the helpful areas on the page like timing my worry and seeing how i feel after my allotted time definitely clears my mind. The Negative thought pad is my favourite I love using is at night and seeing how things have affected me during the day its like having CBT time alone without the stress of sharing your thoughts with someone else. I would definitely recommend these products to everyone!!! plus they are so pretty to look at.

As someone who KNOWS all the CBT activities to help when anxious/ depressed, I have never found a way to make sure I use them in the moment. This is SUCH a great resource, and prompts me to use them and they genuinely help. So, thank you so much!
As someone who is a huge worrier with PTSD, I got these to help deal with things I worry about in a more manageable way. The Worry Pond is perfect for writing down all the niggling worries. With some tools I can use to work on managing these better. The Emotional Frogs help me to identify and process negative thoughts and turn them around into positive ones. They are beautiful and caring notepads which make the mental processing easier and I definitely recommend them.
I laminate these and pass on after modelling first hand with clients. Excellent for neurotypical children too.
