Great pad for when I am feeling very overwhelmed by everything and used as my sounding board

The Feeling Overwhelmed notepad is amazing! Seems like such a simple idea but really helps me organise my thoughts and I can scribble on it whenever I think of something I would previously have added to a ‘to do’ list. It makes me think about whether the thing is important or not… and guess what, sometimes I don’t do it because this notepad makes me realise it’s not important!! I can definitely say it’s helped reduce my overwhelm!
